Palomas is a night club in Baltimore that generates very little traffic and has been known for it's shady deals and illegal practices.

The owner, whom has named herself River consistantly promises great things and is most known upon first meeting as a very likeable person. General concensus and personal experience with other people, however, shows that she involves herself with illegal practice and very poor promotion. One such example was a weekly show that was very successful but was modified in order to try and pull in more traffic. This was known as one of the 14 Greatest Blunders Ever Made.
